I’m Dr. Kat — health and energy coach, night-shift hospitalist physician, wife, mom to an awesome daughter, dream builder, former ballet dancer, and a Berlin girl at heart.
Also: lifelong learner, science nerd, 2 a.m. idea scribbler, lover of strong coffee, deep conversations, and the occasional guilty-pleasure murder mystery.
But here’s what really matters:
I’ve built a life most people would call impossible.
Not because it’s perfect — but because it’s mine.

And I trust myself to keep building the life I once only dreamed of
