After I turned 40, my endless energy started slipping away.
I blamed age. I blamed my brutal shifts.
At the time, I was working seven 24-hour hospital shifts in a row — while teaching residents, coaching, and trying to build my next big dream on the side.

I thought a few tweaks — better sleep, another supplement — would fix the drain.

No amount of coffee could keep up with my ambition.
