I’m Dr. Kat. I’m a health and energy coach, night-shift hospitalist physician, wife, mother to an awesome daughter, dream builder, resilience expert, and a Berlin girl at heart.
Also: chronic learner, lover of deep science and deeper conversation, always armed with good coffee and a dash of sass, and of course a good murder mystery book - my absolute guilty pleasure!
When I’m not coaching ambitious humans to tune into their biology, you’ll find me balancing 12-hour night shifts with my best life, scribbling ideas on sticky notes at 2 AM, or planning my next trip to a place with ancient ruins, rich cuisine, and languages I’ve definitely tried to learn before landing.
My mornings start late — my energy soars with late nights when my creativity finally comes alive.
