Hi, I’m Dr. Kat — a Berlin-born physician, certified integrative health coach, and founder of Biological Leadership™.

Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Palliative Care. Stanford-trained in executive leadership. Harvard-educated in digital health. A practicing hospitalist. A mother. A night-shift worker. A woman with a relentless vision — and a body that used to pay the price for it.
For years, I checked every box and pushed through every brick wall. I built a prestigious career in medicine, served rural and underserved communities, lectured on stages, and led from the frontlines — all while secretly wondering if my energy could hold.
